1. Strategic partnerships & responsibilities

1.1. Platform ownership: Visitvietnam.asia is the official digital travel hub of Vietnam.

1.2. Booking engine: Sun Holidays (a subsidiary of Sun Group) is the official strategic partner providing the booking technology and travel products. Sun Holidays is responsible for processing all transactions, payments, and service fulfillment.

1.3. Payment partner: Visa is the strategic payment partner, offering exclusive cardholder discounts and seamless payment privileges for eligible transactions on the platform.

1.4. Service providers: Individual services (Sun PhuQuoc Airways, Sun World, Hotels) are governed by their respective internal policies and conditions of carriage.

2. Promotion & Pricing

2.1. Validity: Promotional rates and Visa-exclusive offers are valid from March 8, 2026, to June 30, 2026, unless terminated early due to limited quota or at the discretion of the partners.

2.2. Real-time Pricing: The final price is determined at the moment the customer successfully completes the booking.

2.3. Availability: All services (flights, rooms, attraction tickets) and special perks (upgrades, gifts) are subject to actual inventory and are not guaranteed until payment is confirmed.

3. Booking & eligibility

3.1. Capacity: Each transaction allows a maximum of 9 guests (excluding infants).

- Adults: 12+ years old.

- Children: 2 to under 12 years old.

- Infants: 14 days to under 2 years old (subject to flight capacity).

3.2. Visa privileges: To unlock exclusive offers, customers must use a valid Visa card through the designated payment gateway provided by Sun Holidays.

3.3. Accommodation timing:

- Flights landing before 05:00 AM: Hotel stay begins from the previous day.

- Flights landing after 05:00 AM: Hotel stay begins on the day of arrival.

Specific check-in/check-out times follow each hotel's individual policy.

4. Payment, verification & fees

4.1. Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent within 30 minutes of successful payment. If not received, contact: digital-business.support@sungroup.com.vn or 0877369719.

4.2. Inclusions: Airfare, hotel, Sun World entry (per combo), and mandatory taxes.

4.3. Exclusions: Personal expenses (mini-bar, phone), visa fees, travel insurance, and local airport taxes (if required by authorities).

4.4. Security authentication: For safety, you may be required to present the physical Visa card, confirmation email, and ID/Passport at the airport or hotel. Failure to verify may result in a refusal of service.

5. Amendments, cancellations & refunds

5.1. Non-refundable policy: Effective March 8, 2026, all successful transactions under this partnership are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-changeable in any form.

5.2. Operational changes: In cases of flight cancellations or force majeure, Sun Holidays reserves the right to adjust or cancel the package and will provide support on a case-by-case basis.

6. Governance & data privacy

6.1. Right to modify: Visit Vietnam, in coordination with Sun Holidays and Visa, reserves the right to amend these T&Cs or terminate promotions without prior notice.

6.2. Force majeure: The partners are not liable for service failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, government restrictions).

6.3. Data protection: Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policies of Sun Holidays and Visa, following Vietnamese law.
